How to Cancel Microsoft 365 (India, 2026)
Cancel Microsoft 365 Personal, Family, or Business in India — with or without a partial refund.
Go to account.microsoft.com → Services & subscriptions → find Microsoft 365 → Manage → Cancel subscription.
Microsoft offers partial refunds on annual plans if you cancel early — the exact amount is shown before you confirm.
Family plan owners are the only ones who can cancel. Members leaving a Family plan don't stop the charge.
After cancellation, Office apps continue to work in read-only mode; OneDrive storage reverts to the free 5 GB after a grace period.
