Sign in to canva.com → Account settings → Billing & plans → Cancel subscription → follow prompts.
Canva sometimes offers a discounted retention offer during the flow — worth accepting if you'll use the Pro features for at least three more months.
For Canva Teams, only the team owner can cancel. Members leaving the team don't stop the charge.
